Salon Etiquette:
Reservations: Appointments are recommended. You will receive a 24 hour courtesy reminder of your scheduled appointment(s). A credit card is required for all Spa packages booked.
Punctuality: Please be considerate of all other guests arriving before and after you. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to any spa/salon service so that you may check in, relax and enjoy your service. Guests arriving 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Cancellation: We appreciate advance cancellation notice on any scheduled appointments. Spa packages require at least 24 hour cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a half charge of your credit card.
Considerations: We believe in providing a place of relaxation, therefore, please respect our other guests and turn off cell phones, beepers, and make arrangements child care prior to your scheduled appointment(s).
